Standard Daytime Running Lights

Turn on automatically to provide enhanced safety and visibility during the day.

Standard Dual-Stage Frontal Air Bags

These bags sense the severity of a crash, determine if the air bags should be deployed, and whether a full or less-than-full amount of inflation be used.


* Always use safety belts and correct child restraint for your child's age and size, even with air bags. Children are safer when properly secured in a rear seat. Never place a rear-facing infant restraint in the front seat of any vehicle equipped with an active air bag. See the Owner's Manual for more safety information. Standard on SLT and Denali models. Available on SLE models.

Automatic Notification of Air Bag Deployment

In the event that your front air bags deploy, your vehicle automatically sends a signal to OnStar and an Advisor will attempt to contact you in the vehicle. If you do not respond, the Advisor will automatically contact a nearby emergency services provider with your vehicle location.

Remote Door Unlock

Just call 1.888.4.ONSTAR (1.888.466.7827) and provide the OnStar Advisor with your account number and PIN number, and an Advisor can send a signal to unlock your door.

Stolen Vehicle Location Assistance

If you report your vehicle stolen, OnStar can work with authorities to attempt to locate your vehicle.

Emergency Services

In an emergency, push the red OnStar emergency button and we can quickly contact a nearby emergency service provider with your location and request for help.

OnStar Vehicle Diagnostics

Get automatic monthly vehicle checks and complimentary e-mail reports. You can also get GM Goodwrench On Demand Diagnostics checks - just push your blue button.

OnStar Hands-Free Calling

OnStar subscribers can purchase minutes to use hands-free, voice-activated calling system built into their vehicle.

Remote Start with Keyless Entry

One push of a button on the key fob unlocks your vehicle doors. In some cases, key fob also allows you to start your vehicle up to 200 feet away and activate either the heating or air conditioning system before you get in.

Available Tire Pressure Monitoring

An advanced system keeps track of tire pressure and alerts you to low pressure through the Driver Information Center - indicating exactly which tire is low.
