The term covered by the GMC Protection Vehicle Service Contract begins on your contract purchase date and mileage (which may be subject to a waiting period) and ends at the mileage option you selected. This information can be found on your Vehicle Service Contract Agreement in the Protection Plan Agreement Information Section. Yes, the GMC EV Protection Plan
The first step is to contact the Claims Team at 833-959-0103 (Monday to Friday, 7 a.m. to 10 p.m., and Saturday, 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. ET). They are here to assist you in filing a claim and finding a licensed repair facility. Claims must be approved in advance, or the claim could be denied. Please have a copy of your Customer Agreement available.
You can cancel for a full refund of the Agreement Retail Price within thirty (30) days of the Agreement Purchase Date (or the expiration of any applicable Waiting Period) if no claims have been paid. Just provide the Administrator or Seller with written notice of your request to cancel, along with a current mileage statement.
